General Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with JH Designs LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by JH Designs LLC. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or errors in the order information. 

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or handling charges.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon order placement. We accept cash, credit, check.

1. Warranty Period

JH Designs LLC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and service of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse, abuse, or neglect

Accidents or unauthorized repairs

Normal wear and tear

Alterations or modifications to the product

3. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact JH Designs LLC at support@jhdesigns3d.com within 30 days of discovering the defect. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase.

4. Warranty Remedies

If a defect is covered by this warranty, JH Designs LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, JH Designs LLC will provide a refund of the purchase price.

5. No Other Warranties

This warranty is the only express warranty provided by JH Designs LLC. JH Designs LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or title. 

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JH Designs LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the products sold on this website. 

7. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

8. Entire Agreement

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes 

all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. 

9. Severability

If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
